For over 15 years, Mandakini (Margaret) has been sharing her love of bodywork with clients throughout the North Shore. She completed her Massage, Polarity and RYSE training at the Polarity Realization Institute (now Spa Tech Institute) in Ipswich, MA. Via the internationally recognized Upledger Institute, she received her three CranioSacral Therapy (CST) certificates and continues to expand her knowledge of this healing art. Recently, Mandakini traveled to Foster City, California to become a Certified Panchakarma Technician. She received this training through Kerala Ayurveda Academy under the guidance of Dr. Suhas and Dr. Menisha. Panchakarma means “five actions” or “five treatments”. These treatments are powerful detoxifiers.
Mandakini’s ultimate goal is to help her clients feel at peace in body, mind, and spirit. As a heart centered therapist, she offers a variety of techniques designed to bring a greater sense of well- being, relaxation, stress relief, balance, freedom of movement, and empowerment to those she works with. Through her compassionate touch, she holds the healing space for each client to experience the silence that dwells within. When the body and mind are quiet healing happens.
Mandakini’s practices include: Polarity, Therapeutic Relaxation Massage, Reiki, CranioSacral, RYSE and Panchakarma.
You may contact Mandakini at blisspolarity@gmail.com or call 978-430-6207.
