Vinyasa: Literally "Movement on Breath." Challenging, longer holds. All levels.
Flow: flowing,energy-moving,healing, restorative ending. All levels.
Restorative: Balance mind, body and spirit in this surprisingly powerful
and deeply stress-busting practice. All levels.
Yoga Tapas:  75 minute modified vinyasa class for students with some yoga experience.
Daily Yoga Practice:  Foundational Hatha poses - Vinyasa Style
Power: Powerful vinyasa, a warm room (80*) Challenge yourself!
YogaSpirit Refine & Alignyogaspirit® style classes teach a sequence built on progressive gross and subtle actions in asana. These classes focus on alignment and allow you to explore your own perfected pose. Classes are designed to address specific needs based on your unique body proportions and practice level. Infused within this style is a strong emphasis on the inner kundalini shakti practice that awakens and clears energy channels and promotes calmness, clarity and creativity. Classes are a mixture of Form and Flow vinyasa and use the assistance of props. Great for any level student. Beginners, experienced students and teachers alike will enjoy these classes especially if you want to refine poses, connect to the spiritual essence of practice or learn helpful assists and alignment tips to deepen your practice.
"Fire Pit Yoga" - Delve deeper into your practice with Thursday night yoga workshops and enjoy a social by the fire pit after class.  these classes will breakdown and build up the following poses:  Back Bends, Headstands, Bird of Paradise, Hanumanasana - and works on breathing and bandas.  This class is for all levels!

Gentle Yoga:  Increase your strength and flexibility- benefits include stress relief, mindful breathing, and harmonizing body, mind and spirit by incorporating fundamentals of restorative and active postures.
Hot Power Flow: Inspired yoga core workout using slow paced but intense muscular movements, designed to strengthen, uplift and energize.
Prana Flow: is an energetic, creative approach embodying the flow of yoga. It's fluidity, rhythm and creativity allows for another aspect of growth and change, enabling students of all levels to experience prana - the universal source of breath, life-energy and conscious intelligence. Practitioners learn classical and innovative approaches to vinyasa yoga and the state of flow drawn from Shiva Rae's teaching experience.

Dynamic Breathwork is an energetic breathing practice to help restore health and vitality by breaking down deeply held emotional, mental, and physical blocks. By letting go of suppressed fear and emotional tension, it can assist you in accessing subtler states of awareness to awaken dormant joy, creativity, and consciousness, ultimately enabling you to step into the truest expression of your highest self.
Yoga Nidra is a systematic method designed to guide you through various stages of deeper relaxation where you turn your awareness inside, away from external experiences and learn to more fully embody your true self. It can help us to increase our creativity, aid in memory retention, reduce stress, overcome past traumas, and release our samskaras or mental impressions in order to fully embrace our true nature.

Yoga Warrior:  This class is for veterans, active military and military families and friends, also for people working in high stress environments such as EMTs, nurses, firefighters, etc. or others experiencing PTSD or high stress.  There is no charge for attending this class.
Bro-ga
:  Great class for men (and women!) to work on strength, flexibility and stress reduction!
Therapeutic and Fundamentals:   

A strong foundation is key for everything in life and so too in our yoga practice.  This theme based class explores the basic postures, with a focus on correct alignment and breathing techniques.  Props and modifications are offered which makes the practice accessible to those with injuries or “rusty hinges”!  Both new and seasoned practitioners will benefit from this mindful class which invites you to slow down, de-stress and delve deeper.


Teen Yoga - for grades 6 and up- 

 discover the benefits of yoga. The physical practice will build strength and flexibility while the breathing and mind quieting techniques will ground, balance and improve focus. This class will help teens learn the skills for coping with mood changes, anxiety, stress, and anything else life throws their way.
